The following conditions apply:

Products are shipped throughout Europe.


Shipping costs (including the legally valid value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany) and international deliveries (Europe):

We do not charge shipping costs.

We ship the goods insured.



DELIVERY TIMES
In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the creation takes place within 7-21 days after the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 21-49 days.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) takes place within 21-42 days, for deliveries abroad within 21-49 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment from the time of the payment instruction).


Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will send the items together in one delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order will be the same as the item with the longest delivery time.
